• Required Procedures:       - Upper GI Endoscopy: w/ Biopsy, Foreign Body Removal, Fulguration of Bleeder (Cautery vs. Laser), w/ Injection of Varices, Banding of Varices, ERCP, PEG, Diagnostic & Therapeutic.       - Colonoscopy, Liver Biopsy       - Esophageal Dilatation/Manometry       - Esophageal Manometry Interpretation       - Lower GI Endoscopy       - Sigmoidoscopy       - Preferred: ERCP
