• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Weekends, Call, Weekend call
• BLS and NRP required
• 20 patients per day in clinic and 25 deliveries per month for the group
• Full scope of OB and GYN procedures required
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
