Performs testing activities to include planning, design, scripting, and execution, debugging and reporting tasks. Executes user acceptance and other testing activities for new client setup, change orders and business initiatives related to system maintenance and or changes.Â
Coordinate and performs testing for new client boxes and change orders. Testing may include application, network, system, regression, post deployment production validation, and user acceptance testing. Writes test cases/scripts, test case automation and test execution for implementation projects. Â
Responsible for reporting defects identified through testing to the appropriate implementation teams for resolution and re-testing where applicable. Posttest execution activities include error debugging, reporting needs and internal and external communications.Â
Provide testing support for business initiatives related to system maintenance, enhancements and other changes as applicable.Â
Provide team leadership and coordination for large multi-site client and business initiatives. Assists management with coordination of test resources and activity coordination. Â
Provide peer mentorship and training to Test Analysts. Assist with new hire training and guidance on testing process and methodologies.Â
Â
Basic Qualifications (BQs)Â
Education and experience: Bachelors and 5 years experience or HS/GED and 9 years experience in the key processes in the remittance. Â
Knowledge of information systems elements (hardware, software, network) and their application to business functions/processes.
Â
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)Â
Education and experience: Bachelors in MIS, IT or related disciplineÂ
+Â 5 years of experience in remittance processingÂ
+ 5 years of related systems and business experienceÂ
Advanced technical degree Â
