As a Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic support for the USAA Life Company business. You will work collaboratively with Strategy Directors to support internal consulting projects in the areas of strategy development, growth strategy, organizational design and operating model and business transformation. Through your project work, you will develop relationships with stakeholders across the organization and have opportunities to present to senior leaders.
