About The Position

Western North Carolina Private Practice Needs Adults Only Family Medicine Physician

A long-time physician put in their retirement notice, leaving this thriving physician-owned and physician-led adults only Primary Care practice to seek a physician to take over for an existing patient panel. Nestled right near the Biltmore Estate, if you're seeking work-life balance in a community offering gorgeous views, endless amenities, rich culture, affordable cost of living and financial security for years to come, then don't wait to learn more.

The ideal candidate is a BC/BE Family Medicine physician - practicing physicians and new graduates are welcome to apply. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

- 100% Outpatient
- Salary = $225k - $250k DOE however, if you want to see 20-25ppd or more, a higher salary is negotiable
- Partnership is eligible as soon as you are profitable (bring in more than your expenses including your salary)
- Partners here are earning roughly $350k in total compensation
- 4 days in the office of 8:00am - 4:30pm
- 1 day of "catch up" admin work at home - no patients scheduled that day
- You choose how many patients per day you see, but physicians here are choosing to see only about 15 per day on average
- ALMOST NO CALL, it's phone only, and roughly 1-2 total incoming calls per call shift
