We are looking for you to join our team as a Senior Principal Project Manager in Charlottesville, VA to support the Program Management organization within the Maritime Land Sensors & Systems (MLSS) Division and the Maritime Systems & Integration Operating Unit. This position is 100% onsite. The Senior Principal Project Manager oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between program management and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Finance, Business OPS, Contracts…etc.), facilitating communication and collaboration. This position monitors and reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. This position also assesses project issues, developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives. This role will initially serve as the project manager for many of our spares and repairs projects, including our mini-stock point (MSP) projects for quick-turn US Navy replacement parts. Additionally, this position prepares and presents project status reports for internal & external reviews, and supports special projects, as needed, to improve business area execution.
