- Driver load/unload per stop: $45
- Hazmat per load: $25
- Refrigerated per load: $30
- Crosstown per load: $15 - $20
- Driver assist per load: $15
- Empty move per load: $15 - $20
- Empty search per hour: $22
- Mechanical breakdown per hour: $22
- Rail delay per hour: $22
- Refused delivery per stop: $30
- Truck order not used: $20
- Waiting on truck per hour: $22
- Yard checks per hour: $22
- Safety training pay per hour: $22
- Daily rate:Â $3-$36 per day after one year of service
- Holiday pay per day: average daily wage            Â
- Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $70,000
- Daily home time
