As champions of investors, we are looking for other advocates to join our team as an Inbound Trader Service Specialist where you will work with brokerage clients as the subject matter expert in their brokerage and retirement accounts. At Schwab, we are proud of our highly developed internal education system - where you will learn to become a specialist in equities, foreign exchange, and derivatives (options & futures). You will then work directly with our Trade Desk to empower yourself and our clients in complex trading topics. We’re seeking professionals who enjoy assisting others as they trade in the financial markets and want to grow their career with a top financial services firm.

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.

NOTE: This position is based in Chicago and has a June 9th, 2025 start date.

What you have

Required Qualifications:

• Series 7 and 63 licenses required or can be obtained as a condition of employment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred 
• 1-2 years of experience in Client Service, Financial Services and/or Brokerage Services
• Eagerness to learn and develop your Trader skillset
• Current or previous contact center experience
• Previous experience in customer service, client support and problem resolution skills
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to effectively mitigate risk and adhere to trading accuracy while adhering to policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Strong trading experience, or familiarity with the securities industry and an understanding of options and equities
