What You Will Do:
Guidehouseā€™sĀ Payer Provider Health Information Technology Solutions (HITS) team helps across the healthcare industry leverage technology to move the needle on outcomes throughout the continuum of care.Ā  Guidehouse brings in-depth technical expertise, from system evaluation and pre-planning to implementation and optimization, helping shape a technical ecosystem that aligns with organizational goals while keeping sustainability and scalability in mind.Ā Guidehouseā€™s Digital Accelerator keeps a pulse on the current digital landscape and leading-edge technology, providing healthcare partners with detailed information to make informed digital tech decisions.

Consultants support project teams both on client engagements (on and off-site)and internal projects. Responsibilities will include client and project management, data and information analysis, solution implementation and generation of project results. As a Consultant, a key function of your role will be to support the development and creation of quality deliverables that support essential project workstreams.Ā  You will gather and analyze data, identify gaps and trends, and make recommendations related to baseline performance and structure, as well as established best practices and benchmarks.Ā

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum Years of Experience: 0 yearsĀ 

  • Minimum Degree Status: Undergraduate Degree (Must still be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program through Fall 2024 and graduate by Summer 2025)Ā 

  • Would not require sponsorship now or anytime in the future to work in the United States; Students possessing F-1 or J-1 visas are excluded from interview schedules or being hired for this position.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Degree concentration in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Health Administration, Health Informatics, Information Technology, Health Management, Management Information Systems, Systems Engineeringor similar is preferredĀ 

  • Previous strategy consulting experience is preferredĀ 

  • Healthcare provider or fellowship experience and/or education in health economics is strongly desiredĀ 

  • Knowledge of Business Analytics software Access, SAS or R, and/or SQLĀ 

  • Strong knowledge of and application of healthcare research resourcesĀ 

  • Understanding of market/financial analysis in context of healthcare provider needsĀ 

  • Strong quantitative and organizational skills

  • Must be able to demonstrate written and oral communication and presentation skillsĀ 

  • Excellent quantitative analysis skillsĀ 

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPointĀ 

  • Ability to translate data into graphic or visual representationsĀ 

  • Heavy travel (east coast to west coast) may be required, depending on client assignmentĀ 

The annual salary range for this position is $62,400.00-$93,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
