MedTech Service and Sales Associate

As a Med Tech Sales & Service Associate, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. You help us deliver the products that healthcare professionals and facilities rely on to save and sustain lives. Your work and the relationships you build are critical to our mission. You will successfully complete all required training/learning modules on a timely basis and complete credentialing, such as, medical testing in a timely manner. You will develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including medical professionals and purchasing decision-makers. You will understand the technical specifications, benefits, and features of the medical devices, equipment, or software being sold. You may perform electronic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting and make recommendations for parts needed to repair medical devices. You will conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare providers, providing technical support and guidance during the fee for service sales process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and marketing, to ensure alignment with client needs. You will deliver quotes to healthcare providers and continuously measure and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and adjust them as needed. You will work independently as well as in a team environment, ensuring team compliance to all company policies and procedures.
