About The Position
- Requirements: Board Certified, ACLS, BLS, Active IL License OR IMLC LOQ.
- Schedule: Approximately 10 shifts per month, 8a - 4:30p.
- Visit types would be New patients=30-45 minutes and return visits=30. Depending on visit types would see 16 patients per day.
- Procedures required- Joint injections, joint aspiration
- 2 APN’s and 1 MD on site
- EMR: EPIC
- Days to credential: 90
- Weekly Direct Deposits
- Travel and Lodging Provided if Needed
- A+ Rated Malpractice Coverage
