 If you are located in Springfield, Holyoke, Chicopee, MA, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.

    

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Enroll eligible members in our Senior Care Options Plan that is available to individuals who are 65 and over who have MassHealth Standard
  • Build relationships with doctor offices, adult day health facilities, community health centers, community-based organizations, etc.
  • Generate leads for enrollment into our Senior Care Options Plan
  • Traveling to appointments and accounts required
  • Ability to manage time for appointments, lead generation, territory development, building relationships, presenting health benefits, etc.
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships to reach business goals
  • Ability to be compassionate while selling
  • Function independently and responsibly with minimal need for supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities as it relates to meeting enrollment goals
  • This position will be supporting the Community and State lines of business

Required Qualifications: 

  • Accident and Health insurance license for the State of Massachusetts required or the ability to pass the exam within 60 days
  • Outside sales and territory management experience
  • M-F Core business hours must be willing to work some nights and weekends
  • Bilingual Spanish candidates 
  • Reliable, insured transportation and a valid driver's license in Massachusetts
  • Contacts or active within the community (i.e. Providers, community-based organizations, etc)
