About the roleThe Search Operations Associate will offer administrative and operational support to increase the overall efficiency of Adecco Search daily operations. They will provide high-touch customer service to Search professionals, clients and internal employees as needed.What you’ll be doingESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:New Hire OnboardingOrders equipment and system access for all new hiresCreates, manages and executes welcome packages for new hires Reaches out to all new hires on their first day to assist with any setup neededBusiness SupportProvides base level of support for internal systems, including; IT, VOIP, ATS, CRM, etc.Manages employee and terminated employee equipment orders and returns, as well as access to internal systemsAssists with new system migration, implementation, and trainingAssists with overall new employee training Assists with scheduling functional meetingsProvides general administrative support to senior leadership team, including meeting coordination, special projects as assigned, and generation of communicationsProduces financial and other business reporting for business unit leadershipOperations SupportPrepares, formats and edits a range of presentations, training materials, proposals, handouts, and newsletters to align with company identityOrders and prepares business cards, birthday cards, holiday cards and other marketing collateralWorks within Bullhorn database to maintain up-to-date records, create marketing lists and pull necessary reportsAssists with further developing the Search community and professional’s internal involvement Assists in strengthening Searches thought leadership by identifying pertinent industry events and potential speaking engagementsAssists with preparing, planning and executing company events, lunches and training seminars Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.About youEDUCATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in an office environment. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan. Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
