Sign On Bonus of $5,000 FT + $2,500 PT for Afternoons and Nights

Pick Up Bonus: $10.00 for each additional hour

Full Time Afternoons, 2:00pm-10:30pm, and Full Time Nights, 6:00pm-6:30am, Available

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs
• Measure and record height and weight, intake and output
• Care for the guests’ environment
• Assist with bathing, grooming and toileting
• Assist with eating and hydration
• Observe guests’ skin when administering care and reports changes to licensed nurse; provide skin care as needed
• Meet guests’ mental health and social service needs

Qualifications

• High school graduate/GED
• CNA certification
