Your daily pursuit is ensuring accurate and prompt accounting and tracking to ensure our operations can function properly and efficiently.

$17.00/hour 

This role is slated to start in February of 2025!

• Monitor purchase order process in Limble including adding completion dates, updated account balances, creating reorder purchase orders, and monitor stock parts
• Serve as part of approval team for purchase orders
• Responsible for attaching invoices and ensuring proper accounting codes are used in engineering software platform
• Assist with approval of invoices in engineering software platform
• Reconcile records and account balances
• Responsible for providing purchase and labor reports
• Provide administrative clerical support to Director of Engineering as needed
• Keep record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicates details to supervisor
• Offers assistance to guests and teammates where needed
• Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties

• 10 key, computer skills, and a high degree of accuracy in work required
• 1-2 years accounting/engineering software experience required
• Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key
• Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
