Answer incoming calls and provide top-quality customer service.
•     Process inbound email requests.
•     Manage customer security administration including: Monitoring agreement updates and alarm-handling protocols and reporting.
•     Assist customers with troubleshooting as well as providing education and training on system components and applications.
•     Triage service needs and create work orders; manage ETA requests.
•     Assist field technicians with troubleshooting alarm components and system programming.
•     Manage National Account relationships for assigned accounts – oversee education, reporting, special projects and utilization.
•     Provide support to Outside Sales Team partners.
•     Provide support to Field Service Technician partners.
•     Audit system programming and monitoring protocols and procedures.
•     Other special projects and duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or a minimum three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
