Position Location: 1 Nationwide Plaza, Columbus, OH 42351

Position Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30am-5:30pm

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and members at the Nationwide location.
  • Prescription Processing: Fill prescription orders and make them available for verification under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.
  • Inventory Management: Order, receive, and store incoming pharmacy supplies. Verify medication stock and enter data into the computer to maintain inventory records.
  • Medication Orders: Order, receive, and process wholesaler medication orders.
  • Compliance: Ensure the pharmacy is in compliance with all federal and state requirements.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical duties related to the retail pharmacy.
  • Communication: Utilize strong professional verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and healthcare providers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the pharmacist and other team members to assist in pharmacy functions and maintain a smooth workflow.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in the state of Ohio
  • Ability to work onsite at 1 Nationwide Plaza Columbus, OH 42351 with 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30am-5:30pm
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
