About The Position

Practice Setting: Inpatient/Call Reason for Coverage: Provider retiring very short on docs to cover our four sites  Call Ratio: Weekend call 1-2 weekends a month and Maybe 1-2 per week when not on call weekend Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: Inpatient only Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day: Varys  Trauma Level/Designation: Level 1 for  
Total Number of Beds: 370  Number of ICU Beds:  50  Number of Cardiologists Physician in Group: 7 Other Cardiologists will be Present During Locum's Coverage Patient Age Demographic: 18 and up Documentation System/EMR: EPIC 

• Board Certified (Cardiology Only) - REQUIRED
• OH license (will accept for those who are willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• BLS and ACLS - REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice/Background - REQUIRED
