Requirements Mount Carmel St. Ann's is looking for a full time Neurologist for OP coverage. Provider MUST be available full-timeSchedule: Monday-Friday 8a-4p no weekends no callPractice setting: Office/outpatient clinicPercentage of adult patients: 100Percentage of outpatient patients: 100Average number of patients/day: 14Other Neurologists will be present during Locum's assignment12 Physician's and 4 APP's in groupOffice staff: 2 MA 2 front deskDocumentation system: EPICTrauma Level/designation: not designatedCredentialing timeframe minimum 120 days - MUST have paperwork in to expedite can request temps with a clean file.*Please note: Mount Carmel does not reimburse for medical staff feesRates to submit:Malpractice must be included in ratesOrientationHourlyOvertimeHoliday/ Holiday OTConversion feeWill reimburse flight lodging car rental and fuel
