Job Details: 

• $0.45 - $0.51 per mile 
• Detention pay per hour: $20 - $25
• Drop and hook per stop: $37 
• Live load/unload per stop: $48 
• Driver load/unload per stop: $45 
• Hazmat per load: $25
• Temp controlled per load: $30 
• Driver assist per load: $25
• Empty move per load: $20 - $30
• Mechanical breakdown per hour: $20
• Rail delay per hour: $20
• Truck order not used: $20
• Waiting on truck per hour: $20
• Dunnage removal and placard placement: $10
• Yard checks per hour: $20
• Safety training and mandatory meetings pay per hour: $20
• Holiday pay per day: average daily wage
• Jury duty or bereavement: $200 per day
• Driver trainer pay per hour: $35???????????????  
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $75,000
• Daily home time 
• Majority no touch freight
