- Reporting to the Director of Emergency Services or their designee, the Patient Navigator is responsible for processing Emergency Department (ED) provider billing, prompt patient follow-up, and quality assurance activities. Interacts with providers, staff, patients and their family or significant others.
- Education
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience
- Previous secretarial experience with demonstrated computer and word processing skills required.
- Medical terminology preferred
