Job Summary
- Reporting to the Chief Therapist or designee, responsible for primarily adult caseload consisting of but not limited to pre-natal and post-partum diagnoses, pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, colorectal conditions/chronic constipation, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, and diastasis recti management. Care of all patients is served in accordance with the philosophy and objectives of the department.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program required
Experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience treating patients with pelvic health conditions.
- Minimum completion of Pelvic Floor Levels 1 and 2 training thru the APTA Women’s Health Section (or equivalent)
Licensure and/or Certification
- BLS required within 4 months from hire.
- Current license to practice physical therapy in Massachusetts required.
