Base rate is $30-$35 with an additional $1 shift differential for evenings .

- Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature.
- Administering medications, treatments and injections to Residents as needed.
- Must be able to work as a team member.
- Valid NY State LPN license.
- Must be in good standing with State Registry.
