Claim Service Representative 1 - Property Coordinator

What you’ll do:

You’ll bring your expertise to a best-in-class organization that is focused on delivering quality service to our members.  As a representative within our Claims department you will:

  • Adjust insurance claims

  • Provide legendary customer service to our insured members

  • Interpret policy, identify coverage, exposure analysis, and related claims processing procedure/systems

  • Assess property claims and negotiate settlement

  • Knowledge of terminologies for insurance regulations/coverage

  • Training Provided

  • Bachelor's (4 year) degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Strong organizational, time management and typing skills.
