As part of our Records Management Team an Associate will assist with scanning physical documents and uploading electronic documents while performing quality assurance.
What you will do:
You will be responsible for stamping and sorting incoming mail.
You will prepare and scan incoming physical documents using high speed scanners for insurance, underwriting and claims mail.
You will be tasked with performing data entry for underwriting digital documents using Kofax.
Promptly respond to shared inbox email requests for insurance and underwriting documentation.
Completion of ad hoc tasks as assigned.
What you need:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
Familiarity with Enterprise Data Management software (such as Kofax Capture and Data Cap desired.
10 Key Data Entry.
Intermediate knowledge of printing, copying, scanning; basic knowledge of databases a plus.
Ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines as set by management.
