This position provides independent direction in the initiation, design, implementation, and management of projects and programs. The position performs all related duties in support of goals and objectives, as well as develops processes and proposals to increase the effectiveness of the operations. In addition, the position fosters continued program development and growth by conducting research and audits, as well as by producing statistical reports and analyses. The position assists in coordinating project implementation across all facilities as needed.
Responsibilities:
Develop statistical and analytical models to help drive customer penetration opportunities amongst the selling organization.
Development of analytical tools that support the implementation of sales operations initiatives,; includes implementation of key performance metrics, data analytics, etc.
Solve complex business problems using critical thinking skills by converting large raw data files from multiple sources into compelling insights.
Interpret and understand stakeholder requests and develop an analytical plan that meets their needs.
Prioritize, manage, and drive multiple concurrent projects independently to successful completion by using effective time management skills.
Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail with data retrieval, manipulation, and calculation.
Develop scorecards and dashboards that provide accurate and timely visibility into sales performance and operating results using both internal enterprise data and external data sources.
Stay current with interdepartmental needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (IE: email, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists) to communicate updates and findings.
Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis at a complex level focusing on quality improvement and data management ensuring data is reliable and valid.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree achieved with distinction in either a business-related discipline or in a quantitatively rigorous major. Master’s degree in relevant topics is a plus.
Analytical experience with sales, finance, purchasing and operations.
Demonstrated ability to learn new analytical tools and software.
Strong ability to develop trusted interpersonal relationships.
Strong oral, and written communication skills including the development of presentations.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint.
Proficiency in data analytics language (SQL, Python) is a plus.
Proficiency in data visualization software Power BI, Tableau and Guidewire is a plus.
