General Role Description:

As a Licensed Clinical Therapist / Independent Licensed Therapist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Form excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers
  • Screen and assess patients for common mental health
  • Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (Athena) and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

Competency Requirements:

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Master鈥檚 degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must have a clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT,聽 or LPC) in Oregon

Preferred Qualifications:

聽聽聽聽聽聽 2.0+ years professional social work / clinical experience post Master's degree

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness
