We are seeking a Sr Processing Clerk to fill a role within our Payment Processing Cashiering Department at our Costa Mesa Headquarters.
What You’ll Do:
You will process Insurance and Membership Payments by operating the OPEX Eagle and OPEX Falcon extraction and scanning equipment.
You’ll perform reconciliation/research of payments on a computer workstation used for repairing and editing transactions.
You will utilize several computer applications for exception processing to determine policy/membership numbers.Â
You’ll enter and balance data for multiple daily/monthly reports.
You will be on rotational duty for payment processing tasks, including Autopay set up and Claims payments.
What You’ll Need: Â
To thrive in this role you will have 2 years of experience working in mailroom or warehouse processing.
Payment processing experience preferred.
High degree of accuracy.
10-key by touch.
Ability multi-task.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to research, analyze and sort payment transactions.
Intermediate PC skills.
Must be able to lift mail trays/boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
Must be able to stand and or sit for several hours at a time while operating equipment and or keying.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$18.20 - $24.27Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
