This position handles highly complex claims matters involving auto insurance written by the Inter-insurance Exchange in compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
The primary functions include:
· Interact with AAA contracted body shops daily.
· Review and audit estimates for accuracy.
· Review and resolve member concerns related to damages and repairs.
· Employs discretion and independent judgment to ensure compliance with state and federal law; and with historical company, technical, and customer service Best Practices.
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
· Requires physical inspection of auto damage
· Proficiency in auto damage analysis
· Proficiency in estimating and utilizing the CCC One database
· Full ability to type – QWERTY Keyboard
· Familiarity with Claims Systems Platform such as Guidewire
· Ability to reason, document and explain estimating thought process
· Advanced Customer Service skills – Customer Service oriented position
· Must be able to communicate, explain policy with policyholders
· Problem Solving
· Must be highly organized and able to independently plan out workday
· 4-year degree or CCC One 3 + years’ experience
The starting pay range for this position is:
$27.48 - $36.64Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
