We are currently looking to hire an experienced Financial Analyst to support the Finance Compensation Analysis Team. This person will specialize in bridging the gap between Sales Compensation and Financial Analysis. They will do this by reviewing productivity and compensation data, creating analysis which leads to actionable proposals, and following through with change modeling and determining the financial impact of those changes.
What You’ll Do:
You will interact with Sales data (coming from mainframe sources and directly from Operations teams), Payroll data, HRIS data, Finance data (using Smartview to query), as well as our own centralized data lake.
You’ll prepare analysis to help executive management answer questions and determine which compensation solution best meets the needs of ACE using the appropriate medium: Tableau, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.,
You will Identify potential compensation issues and misalignments before they become problems.
You’ll prepare recurring analysis on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis.
You will collaborate frequently with other Operations teams, Finance, Accounting, and Executive leadership.
You’ll create ad hoc analysis as needed.
You will support other Finance areas as needed.
You’ll be responsible for helping to create, improve and streamline current processes.
To be successful being a self-starter, able to work independently and meeting deadlines.

What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
To thrive in the role, you will need 3-4 years’ experience in analysis, corporate budgeting/forecasting, product management, and/or accounting.
Strong presentation skills are a must – be prepared to present complex topics to large groups, executives, etc.
Advanced Excel skills are required.
Experience with a large ERP system is preferred. (Oracle experience would be a plus).
Experience with SQL queries, Tableau, and Access are a strong plus.
Strong verbal and communication skills are needed.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$90,400.00 - $120,300.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
