As a Scrum Master 2, you will be responsible for ensuring that Scrum is understood and enacted and that the Scrum Team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules. We are looking for a servant-leader for the Scrum Team who helps remove impediments to the Development Team’s progress and who understands and practices agility.
What You’ll Do
- Daily, you will be assisting and supporting the Product Owner and Team to continually improve the business value delivery to their product.
- You’ll be guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
- You’ll be assisting with internal and external communication for the team and improving transparency.
- You will be providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example.
What You’ll Need
- To thrive in this role, you have at least 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
- You have good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, continual improvement practices.
- You have some hands-on experience with software development (developer, tester, technical analyst, etc.).
- You have knowledge of other Agile approaches (XP, Kanban, FDD, TDD) and familiarity with scaled agile (SAFe, LeSS, DaD).
- You have prior knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile/DevOps techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games Experience in a “DevOps” environment where the team has a focus on automation and continuous integration.
- You have experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: progress tracking techniques, Retrospective formats, story estimation, etc.).

The starting pay range for this position is:
$104,400.00 - $139,200.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
