As a OpenText Exstream Developer, you will play a significant role in our Customer Communications Management (CCM) team, responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and supporting the organization’s document creation and delivery platform. The product roadmap for this team includes major development activities and platform modernization initiatives over the next few years.
Note: This position has a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two days remote.
What You’ll Do
- You will participate on enhancements that the existing integrations between our business application source systems and our OpenText Exstream software, to meet evolving business requirements for various correspondences with our customers.
- You will be involved in the design/development of insurance documents, membership documents, billing document including payment schedules and a variety of other document types utilizing the Exstream software suite of tools.
- You will be needed to help refine system change requirements, attend design sessions, present ideas to groups of people with diverse roles and skill levels, and exchange ideas with your team members.
- You are required to provide production environment support on a rotational schedule during the day and night.
What You’ll Need
- To be successful in this job, you must have experience with the Exstream software, the COBOL programming language, and the skill and aptitude to troubleshoot print-related issues in our mainframe application.
- Bring your experience with COBOL, JAVA, Python, XML, SQL, JCL, DB2, ISPW, Control-M and other mainframe and open systems application development skills. Our team is interested in your experience and eager to learn from you.
- You may be able to work in a hybrid work environment of three days in the office, two days at home. The days are scheduled in advance and change every quarter.
- You have worked previously with an Agile team or understand these concepts. You expect to participate in daily standup meetings, you’ll complete your projects or stories during our sprints, and you’re ready to meet frequent deployment deadlines.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$104,400.00 - $139,200.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
