We are looking for an experienced Fleet Maintenance Manager in Mobile, AL.
Job Details:
- $70,000-$100,000/year depending on experience
- Monday thru Friday & occasional Saturdays (Must be available to work Saturdays)
- 6:00 AM Start Time - Plenty of overtime available
- Benefits after 90 days of employment
Job Duties:
- Coordinate, schedule and audit vehicle maintenance repairs
- Managing fleet of 150 trucks
- Supervising 5-8 mechanics
- Assisting techs as needed
- Prioritizing and delegating work assignments
- Willing to work on older model trucks and maintain their upkeep
Qualifications for our Lead Diesel Mechanic positions:
- 5+ years diesel mechanic experience
- Must have supervisory experience
- Strong organizational skills required
- CDL Preferred but not required
