The PRN role will provide back office support for surgery authorizations, pre-surgical testing, surgery scheduling and patient follow-up and communication. Manages the referrals process, processes incoming and outgoing referrals, and prior authorizations. This function includes intake, notification and census roles.

This position is full-time, Monday - Firday. Employees are required to work from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Working hours may vary. Our office is located at 2750 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH

We offer 1 week on paid training. The hours during training will be from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm from Monday - Friday.

Primary Responsabilities:

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age OR older
3+ years of general medical office experience
1+ year of prior authorization and surgery scheduling experience
Ability to work from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. from Monday - Friday. Working hours may vary
