CALL CENTER AGENT - WORK FROM HOME
We are hiring for experienced REMOTE Customer Service Reps. This opportunity is contract-to -hire and pays $17.20/hr. (O.T. $25.80/hr.) All training & production is "virtual". All Agents will be issued equipment (PC, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset) that you will use from your residence.Â
DUTIES: Agents will be taking "Inbound calls" from customers who are placing orders for commemorative coins. There is no selling required in this job.
QUALIFICATIONS:
​- A minimum of 1-2 years of previous call center experience along with a stable employment history.
-You must have high-speed Internet at your residence
-You must live in the DFW area.
-Flexible to work 4 days during the week and either Sat. or Sun. Schedules don't rotate.
-Shift examples are: 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 10am-7:00pm, 11:00am-8:00pm. * you must be flexible to work any of these shifts as we won't know which one you've been assigned
-All Agents must pass a federal background check and Oral Drug screen
To secure your spot in a "virtual" training class, once you complete the online assessments, you will fingerprint in Irving. The background check will take from 5-10 days to be completed. As soon as you clear the background, we will schedule next steps.Â
