A Brief Overview
The Receptionist receives and directs incoming telephone calls, operating a multiple line switchboard. This position greets incoming customers and provides information as needed. The Receptionist will perform a variety of clerical support duties as required.
What you will do
- Receive and direct incoming calls by operating a multiple line switchboard.
- Open and sort mail daily.
- Take and relay messages.
- Provide information to customers as required.
- Manage shipping and receiving of packages.
- Assist with data input or word processing as needed.
- Comply with Company's attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.

Education Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience Qualifications
- Some exposure to business environment preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to operate multiple line switchboard.
- Should possess positive interpersonal skills and energetic customer relations skills.
