You sell and deliver frozen food to confirmed customers while building strong relationships to maintain and grow your route. Route Service Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm; typical working hours are from 8:30am to 6:30pm (start and end times may vary based on individual routes)

Position Type: Full-time

Compensation: $44,000 - $47,000/year ($140/day + commission, sales incentives and monthly bonus)

First 12 weeks are guaranteed pay at $920/week minimum

Responsibilities

  • Drive designated route to sell and deliver products to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain relationships.
  • Utilize sales skills to promote products and increase revenue.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Uphold route driving responsibilities while ensuring timely deliveries.

What we require

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to pass a Federal Department of Transportation drug test and physical
  • Valid driver’s license
  • No CDL needed
  • High School Diploma or GED
