Job Type: Full Time | Mid-shift (11a-7:30p), Call rotating weekends and a couple times per week

Department/Unit Summary 

Endoscopy currently provides care for a variety of patients that includes but are not limited to the following procedures: Esophagogastroduodenoscpy (EGD); Colonoscopy; Sigmoidoscopy; Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP); Bronchoscopy; and procedures for GI Bleeds. We run 1 to 2 rooms several days a week out of the Operating Rooms with a 1:1 ratio. What sets us apart from other units is the Teamwork Approach with all of us having the same goal of providing specialty care at your back door.

Qualifications and requirements 
Applicants should have a current VA (or Multi-state) RN license and possess a nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Additional requirements include: 

• American Heart Association Basic Life Support  

• One (1) year Medical/Surgical experience preferred 

• American Heart Association ACLS within 6 months of hire
