Responsible for coordinating system-level workflows related to quality and clinical optimization. Assists in the implementation of specific strategic initiatives and activities across the organization. Guides and enables multi-disciplinary teams to identify operational improvement opportunities, gather data, assess analytics, adopt best practices and implement and sustain changes. Focuses on multi-project initiatives at system, specialty, platform and regional levels to achieve improved patient and member experience and quality, increased staff satisfaction, and measurable quality, efficiency or financial impact. Provides operational administrative secondary support in the development appropriate staffing models for ambulatory clinical business plans. Assists in the development and implementation of all strategic and tactical operational plans. Assists in providing direction to clinical operations regarding improved revenue generating opportunities utilizing nursing/care team resources. Collaborates with access and clinical operations teams to optimize templates with utilization of nursing visits. Provides direction and support to improve efficiency in in-basket management and clinical workflows. Provides ambulatory clinical collaboration with transformation initiatives related to optimization of ambulatory clinical workflows. Work is typically performed in a clinical environment.
