CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - SEEKING BILINGUAL SPEAKER

POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The Customer Service Representative position is a member of the Customer Experience Center Team in our Dayton, Ohio office. The CSR is responsible for interacting with VineBrook customers, using various communication channels, to resolve customer concerns, issues, and questions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • A Customer Service Representative will spend most of their time engaged with customers using various communication channels including phone, chat, and other messaging technologies. You will speak, chat, text and directly engage with customers, listen to their concerns, assist them with online navigation of our public website, and provide them information regarding customer policy and procedures to resolve their question/concern.

  • Opening and sorting mail, scanning and filing

Ā 

  • Recording tracking information on incoming checks/payments and packages.

Ā 

  • Outgoing mail projects as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES)

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Preferred Property Management experience 1+ year experience
  • Prior experience in a call center/contact center/customer service preferred
  • Effective decision-making and initiative
  • Ability to operate a computer, telephone systems, mobile phone while seated for extended periods of time
  • Must be proficient us Microsoft Suite and other computer programs
  • Strong communication skills, with a pleasant voice, maintain composure, and build rapport among customers
