Baxter Healthcare, a global leader in medical technology, is seeking an Associate Director of Marketing to own the strategic and commercial efforts for the Novum IQ Infusion Pump Platform. This innovative platform integrates large volume and syringe infusion pumps with advanced digital health solutions, including Dose IQ Safety Software and IQ Enterprise Connectivity Suite, to enhance patient safety and clinician efficiency. You will drive marketing strategies, oversee product positioning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform’s success in a competitive healthcare landscape. This role is pivotal in advancing Baxter’s mission to save and sustain lives by delivering ground breaking infusion solutions to healthcare providers worldwide. What you'll do Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement marketing strategies for the Novum IQ Infusion Pump Platform, including positioning, pricing, and launch plans, to increase market penetration and revenue growth. Product Management: Be responsible for the product lifecycle, including large volume pumps (LVP), syringe pumps, and associated digital health solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends. Market Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to find opportunities, understand customer (healthcare professionals, hospitals) difficulties, and refine value propositions. Commercial Execution: Lead the development of promotional tools, campaigns, and sales enablement materials to drive adoption among healthcare providers, emphasizing the platform’s safety features, interoperability, and workflow efficiencies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Upstream Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, Training, and Regulatory teams to ensure product development, clinical messaging, and compliance align with marketing objectives. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain a network of key opinion leaders (KOLs) and subject matter experts to enhance credibility and inform product strategy. Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators such as market share, customer satisfaction, and drug library compliance rates, using data to optimize marketing efforts. Innovation Advocacy: Champion platform’s unique features—such as titration error prevention, EMR integration, and cybersecurity protocols—to position Baxter as a leader in smart infusion technology. Budget Management: Oversee marketing budget allocation for platform, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve business goals.
