As a Marketing Manager for our Differentiated Parenteral Nutrition (PN) Solutions portfolio, you have lots of ideas grounded in research and knowledge of the marketplace. In this role, you will own the development, implementation and execution of the marketing strategies to promote our differentiated PN products and services. You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing for US Clinical Nutrition and will be given every opportunity to grow your career at Baxter! Key Responsibilities: Support the development and implements marketing strategies for a clinically differentiated portfolio of PN solutions, that align with overall business objectives. Partner with internal teams, including sales and clinical, to build and deliver coordinated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Leverage strong understanding of nutrition and clinical knowledge to develop campaigns that are evidence-based and effective. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement programs that support the sales process. Determine financial and product demand forecasts. Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and campaigns. Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals. Manage agency relationships and lead all aspects of the production of marketing materials and campaigns. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. Provide regular reports on marketing performance, including key metrics and insights. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and share insights and recommendations with the marketing team.
