The Marketing Manager for Establish PN Solutions and Analytics is a strategic, analytical, and creative marketing professional responsible for the leadership and growth of the established PN portfolio, as well as for conducting business analytics for the overall Clinical Nutrition portfolio. This position requires strong analytical skills, and the ability to convert data into action. The team member will report directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing for US Clinical Nutrition and will be given every opportunity to grow their career at Baxter. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and implements marketing strategies for a large portfolio of established PN solutions, that align with overall business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Proactively find opportunities by using various commercial analytics. Gather and analyze data from various sources, such as sales reports, market research, and digital analytics tools, to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to sales performance, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness. Perform ad hoc and deep dive analyses to uncover and understand market, product, customer, and competitive dynamics. Determine and implement pricing strategies that optimize business performance. Determine financial and product demand forecasts. Drive delivery on competitive intelligence, business intelligence & reporting, critical metrics, dashboarding, brand performance measurements, and analytics. Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and campaigns. Manage agency relationships and lead all aspects of the production of marketing materials and campaigns. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
