Job Summary
The Manager, Inside Sales for NAPA Auto Parts oversees and implements daily sales activities, coaching, mentoring, and ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives of their assigned business unit. The Manager, Inside Sales role manages the inside sales team Account Executives (+/- 20) and supports consistent sales performance and program implementation. The Manager, Inside Sales reports to the Sr. Director of Inside Sales and will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the inside sales team while maintaining the highest level of customer service and support.

- Monthly and Annual Sales Quota Achievement
- Daily Team Call Volume Benchmarks for Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Daily Team Average Talk Time Benchmarks
- Daily Team Call Rotation Consistency
- Implementation of Sales Strategies as Designated by the Sr. Director of Inside Sales
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Participate in developing sales strategies and setting sales targets.
- Sales Administration: Overseeing the sales administration process, tracking metrics, and making data-driven decisions. Manage daily call volume and average talk time benchmarks for team.
- Team Management: Hiring, training, and leading the sales team to achieve their goals.
- Leads, plans, and coordinates the team in an efficient manner to effectively perform any activity; utilizes metrics to track performance and manage workload.
- Approve timecards for team members and handle other time off operational requests within the Kronos system.
- Delivers all training content for new team members including conducting sales role-play sessions to ensure proper delivery of the sales scripts and handling common objections.
- Consistent call coaching, development, and accountability to ensure selling processes, strategies and initiatives are being executed with quality and efficiency to grow and retain sales.
- Customer Relationships: Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and manage customer relationships. Develop and maintain strong relationships with accounts to promote our products and services.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Working with departments like marketing and customer service to enhance the sales process and improve the customer experience.
- Activity: Ensure the Inside Sales Representatives are achieving KPI’s.
- Sales Strategy: Participate in developing sales strategies and setting sales targets.
- Create SOP’s to increase sales, maintain quotas, training, and collaborating with departments.

Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- 5-10 Years of sales operations experience
- 3+ Years of sales management experience required
- Previous leadership experience coaching, managing, and developing a sales team.
- Effective oral and written communications.
- Strong personal drive and self-motivation.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and operate in a discrete manner.
- Creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence.
- Customer service and negotiation skills
- Well organized and a self-starter.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction/supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM Tools (Salesforce)
- Experience with Five/9 VOIP phone system.
- Proven Sales Management with record of sales and KPI achievement.

Physical Demands / Working Environment
- Work primarily performed in an office with some warehouse, retail stores, and customer site environments.
- Long periods of standing/sitting/walking.
- Local travel, to include occasional overnight travel (less than 10%)
- Exposed to vibrations and dust, with noise level at moderate to low decibels.
- Regularly required to use hands and fingers, and handle or feel objects.
- Other physical tasks required could include pushing, reaching, climbing, and stooping.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000.00 for this position. Please note that total compensation may vary based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
