Resource's typical working day:
Client site is a hospital
Preventative maintenance on equipment
Assisting contractors with project work
Operating boilers and chills at varies onsite building
Responding to any work order generated in the system.
Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.
Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
Maintains an energy management program to ensure measures are taken to operate all systems in the most efficient manner to keep operating costs at a minimum.
Maintains the building lighting system, including element and ballast repairs or replacements. Performs welding, carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.
Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
Top Must have Skills:
Strong technical skills in terms of Microsoft Office Suite
Needed Boiler Experience
Years of Experience needed: 3 Years of boiler experience is required
Level of Education: H.S Diploma
Systems/Software proficiencies: Microsoft Office Suite
Certifications/Licenses:
Stationary engineering license
CFC license
