GFL Environmental Services USA, Inc. is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be accountable for answering customer calls and entering work orders for an oil based company.
We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative to perform tasks that will help us grow our business and maintain current customers.
Compensation range $23-24/hr. based upon experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and professionalism to all customers.
  • Field phone calls and set up work orders and dispatch accordingly.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer issues.
  • Obtain relevant information to handle product and service inquires.
  • Provide established pricing and assist in confirming scheduling if needed.
  • Retrieve pertinent customer information for credit approval in order to set up new customer accounts when Sales Team requests help.
  • Manage customer’s accounts.
  • Accounts Receivable and collection (when needed).
  • Keep track and follow up on customer interactions when necessary.
  • Tracking of data in Teams.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Work closely with drivers for Logistics routing and dispatch.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years CSR experience.
  • Associate's degree a plus but not required.
  • Ability to organize multiple projects.
  • Microsoft Teams knowledge a plus but not required.
