BAYADA Direct Support Professionals (DSP) work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential.
We have job openings in the following locations:
- Denver, NC: Friday, every other Saturday and Sunday 8am-8pm (can be split into 2 shifts if needed)
Sunday (10am-6pm) - Personal Care is required for this position, someone experienced in personal care is preferred.

Job Responsibilities for DSPs:
- You will provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
- You will accompany clients on errands and appointments
- You will spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
- You will assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
- You will participate in community integration activities
Qualifications for DSPs:
- One year experience working with I/DD individuals
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
