Pay Information
$130 to $150 per hour
About The Position
6pm-6am
Weekend coverage required every 4th week
No on-call duties
-Inpatient, hospital-based setting with responsibilities for rounding, consults, and postoperative care
-No OR/First Assist or procedural work required
-Must have a basic understanding of acute neurosurgical and stroke emergencies, ICU care, neurosurgical elective procedures, and postoperative management
-Coverage includes 240 hours in a 6-week schedule with weekend shifts
-Expected to see an average of 10 patients per day
-EMR : eCare/Cerner
-Level 1 Trauma Center with Comprehensive Stroke designation
-Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will work autonomously
-Supervising physician available off-site, on-call 24/7
-No new graduates will be accepted
-Procedures required: simple suture for minor laceration repair
-Patient demographics range from ages 0 to 99
