• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes (Active MI License/DEA, or willing to transfer DEA)
• Licensing and Certification: Must have Active Michigan License/DEA or be willing to transfer DEA. ACNP/AGACNP certification required (AGNP certification not accepted). Cross-credentialing at Otsego, Cadillac, and Grayling will be required if performing procedures. Procedures: Must list whether you are able to perform procedures. If yes, procedure logs must be provided. If no, only inpatient work available (no procedure-related duties). COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Rate: NPPA's - Days Only: Rate TBD NPPA's - Nights (If able to perform procedures, cross-credentialing at Otsego, Cadillac, Grayling): Rate TBD
• Travel: Compensation for travel provided based on seasonality
• Lodging & Malpractice Insurance: Included REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• If No Procedures: Can only work at Munson Medical Center (no procedure involvement).
• If Procedures Available: Cross-credentialing at Otsego, Cadillac, and Grayling hospitals will occur. Procedures will include central lines, intubations, arterial lines, vent management, etc. JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active MI State License and DEA (or willingness to transfer DEA)
• Certifications: ACNP/AGACNP required (AGNP not accepted). Board Certification: Preferred but not mandatory depending on role Experience: Previous inpatient hospitalist experience preferred. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide inpatient hospitalist coverage across Munson , Otsego, Cadillac, and Grayling facilities
• Perform patient admissions and rounding
• Collaborate with medical staff and support teams
• Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and care management
• Participate in hospital protocols and quality initiatives
• Provide procedures if applicable (cross-credentialing if needed)
