Summary

CHS Southwest Grain is hiring for a Contract Coordinator in Dickinson, ND! You'll handle data entry, processing signed contracts, and providing supplier document packages to accounting. You'll also provide support to our customers by greeting and answering phones. If you're detail-oriented and organized, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry from trading slips into the systems of contract listing.
  • Process documents for signed contracts and provide supplier document packages to accounting department.
  • Control and update status of purchase invoice payments and contract execution.
  • Answer calls and direct customers to the correct place/person.  
  • Manage billing processes and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
  • Support and manage both internal and external customer financing programs to facilitate smooth financial operations.
  • Collect original documents (contracts, addendums, appendix to contracts) under purchase/sale agreements.
  • Track the fulfillment of CPT contracts (receive/check documents from seller, provide the seller with the documents indicated).
  • Track quantity of purchased/stored commodities.
  • Monitor execution status of export contracts, the quantity of purchased/sold goods and the quantity of goods which is to be purchased/sold.
  • Partner with accounting to perform monthly reconciliation.
  • Provide assistance to more junior team members.
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

  • 2+ years of experience in Compliance and/or Contract Administration/Management
  • High School diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications

  • Proficent in MS Office suite
  • Detail oriented with excellent accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Pre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position. Physical Requirements

CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications.
